Neal Morsi
Neal Morsi is an associate and graduate of The George Washington University Law School, where he focused his studies on securities litigation and securities enforcement.
Neal’s interest in these areas grew through his work at SECIL Law, where he began as a summer associate and continued as a law clerk, assisting with SEC investigations and complex litigation. He has worked on matters involving accusations of market manipulation, disputes concerning multimillion-dollar government contracts, and FINRA investigations. Prior to joining SECIL Law, Neal was a Summer Associate at an international law firm, where he gained experience in corporate transactions and commercial litigation.
Neal brings to SECIL Law a strong interest in securities enforcement and government investigations, particularly in matters involving international considerations. Neal completed his law school thesis on the international enforcement of the federal securities laws, examining the SEC’s authority to subpoena foreign entities and the legal limitations on exercising that authority abroad. Neal brings the knowledge and judgment necessary to provide thoughtful and effective representation to clients facing complex government investigations and litigation.
Before law school, Neal received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Louisville, where he pursued a concentration in Global Politics and International Affairs. While at the University of Louisville, he was a student-athlete on the varsity swimming team that won the program’s first ACC Championship. Neal further pursued his interest in linguistics through the study of Arabic, in which he is fluent.
