Tyler Nolley is an associate with SECIL. Her practice focuses on securities enforcement defense, white collar defense, and complex civil litigation.
Tyler graduated from American University Washington College of Law (WCL), where she served as a Deputy Editor for the Human Rights Brief and a Director on the board of the Black Law Students Association (BLSA).
During law school, Tyler participated in WCL’s Community Economic Development Law Clinic as a student attorney. Tyler also interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the Enforcement Division and as Executive Staff for Commissioner Allison H. Lee’s office.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys traveling and playing soccer.
Tyler is a member of the DC bar.
