False Claims Act

Experienced False Claims Act Attorneys

Our attorneys have decades of experience successfully defending government contractors, healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and other businesses and individuals in investigations and litigation alleging violations of the Anti-Kickback Statute, the False Claims Act (FCA), and Medicare and Medicaid fraud. We have successfully defended clients against qui tam or whistle-blower claims investigated and litigated by the U.S. Department of Justice in jurisdictions across the country.

We help our clients to protect themselves and avoid litigation by strengthening their internal compliance programs. This includes promoting a culture of compliance throughout the company, making reporting procedures readily accessible to employees, protecting privileged communications, and ensuring the prompt investigation and, where necessary, redress of legitimate employee reports.
