She is also the Founder of The Mary Group, a boutique consulting firm that empowers business leaders to achieve their marketing and business development goals. With a strong belief in doing more with less, Deana launched the firm to offer agile, cost-effective solutions that deliver meaningful results.
Deana’s career began as a regional marketing professional for a national accounting and consulting firm, eventually leading to executive roles within a Big 4 firm. There, she served as geographic marketing leader before transitioning into a business development position supporting the Forensics White Collar Investigations Practice. She later served as firmwide director of client development for an Am Law 100 law firm. These experiences shaped her broad expertise in marketing and sales for complex professional service environments.
Today, Deana brings strategic insight and hands-on leadership to clients navigating the evolving landscape of growth and visibility. Known for her results-driven approach, she consistently pushes boundaries to help organizations stand out and succeed.
