As SECIL continues to grow, Neal and Katherine bring valuable experience and fresh perspectives that further strengthen our capabilities in government investigations, securities enforcement, white-collar defense, and complex litigation.
Neal Morsi joins SECIL following his graduation from The George Washington University Law School. Having previously worked with the firm as a summer associate and law clerk, Neal brings experience supporting SEC investigations, complex litigation, and government contracts disputes.
Katherine N. Zeda joins SECIL following her graduation from the University of Notre Dame Law School. She brings experience from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement, where she interned on matters involving securities fraud, insider trading, and regulatory investigations.
Their arrival reflects SECIL’s continued commitment to building a talented, collaborative team equipped to guide clients through their most complex legal and regulatory challenges.
